Interactive art installation 'Camera Obscura' adds depth of field

The camera, titled "Camera Obscura," was created by fine carpentry artist and Columbia resident Duncan Bindbeutel. The 8.6-by-12 structure made its first appearance in 2014 at the True/False Film Fest. The festival's magical realism theme was Bindbeutel's inspiration. The camera reappeared in front of Missouri United Methodist Church's Cornerstone Coffee Shop in downtown Columbia earlier this week.
