Joining MUMC

New Member Classes are designed to give people considering membership at MUMC an overview of our history, mission and structure, what is special about being a Methodist and what it means to be a member at this church. Lunch and child care are provided.

Coffee with the Pastor is a time set aside for people who are new to MUMC to have casual conversation with Rev. Amy Gearhart, meet other folks, and ask any questions that may have come up since attending the New Member Class.

New Member Sundays are specially designated Sundays for receiving those who wish to become members of MUMC, including those transferring from another UMC or other denomination, as well as baptism for new members who have not previously been baptized.
