Ignite is the college-age ministry of Missouri United Methodist Church. Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We welcome all college age persons to join us as we worship, connect and serve.

Many college students are trying to discern and understand who they are and what they are being called to do with their life. We seek to help plant seeds of faith and theological exploration while providing a nurturing, safe spiritual community in which those seeds can grow.

We encourage students to identify and embrace talents, passions, and strengths and to become committed to service, action, and justice. Whether wrestling with big questions or searching for a community of faith in which to belong, students can find support, inspiration, and a place to call home within the life of Missouri United Methodist Church.

Through developing relationships, small groups, Bible study, worship, the Sacraments, mentoring, prayer, fellowship, mission trips, and service projects we pray that each student who participates will experience the transforming, reconciling love of Christ and grow to be leaders in the church and in the building the Kingdom of God.
