Sunday Morning Youth

Sundays @ 11:00 a.m. in the Youth Room (3rd floor above the sanctuary)

Youth grades 6th-12th spend Sunday Mornings working through new parts of the Bible. If a youth attends every Sunday School lesson over the course of their seven years, they will have read through the entire Bible! In the year 2023 we are reading in the following order: Habbakkuk, Haggai, John, Lamentations, Galatians and Ephesians.  

Sunday Night MUMY

Sunday Evenings in the Youth Room (3rd Floor Above the Sanctuary)  5-7 p.m. for Middle School & 6-8 p.m. for High School  

All youth are welcome to join us on Sunday Evenings where we have dinner, fellowship, free-time, games, interactive discussions, and prayers. We cover a variety of topics including relationships, pop culture, mental health, current events, theology, worship, and the Gospel.

Acolytes

First Sundays of the Month at 11 a.m. in the Sanctuary 

Our Acolyte Program plays an important role in developing leadership within our youth group. It is also a great way to be part of an ancient church tradition that’s beautiful and symbolic. Incoming 5th graders will be welcomed into the Acolyte Program on Christmas Eve of their 5th grade year.

Confirmation

Time TBD | High School Students 

Confirmation is an important part of our United Methodist tradition. This is an opportunity for youth to claim their own faith and realize their responsibility in the church. Youth will learn how important their time, talent, gifts, witness, and service are to their church community. Confirmation will return in Spring of 2024 and is open for current 9th grade students and above.
